Ceramic Magnet Material
Industrial Magnetics, Inc. (IMI) ceramic magnet material is used in plate magnets for small to larger ferrous particle separation such as nails, bolts, washers and other particles that can damage processing equipment.
Standard Plate Magnet - Ceramic
- Recommended for up to 45° chutes up to 20’ long
- Recommended for up to 60° chutes up to 10' long
Extended Length XL3 - Ceramic
- Recommended for up to 60° chutes up to 15’ long
Extended Length XL4 - Ceramic
- Recommended for chutes 60°-70° and over 15’ long
Rare Earth Magnet Material
The powerful rare earth magnet material is used for “fine particle” metal separation, such as metal filings, shavings, metal wear residue, work hardened stainless steel, etc., as well as capturing larger tramp metal.
